Endless Indulgence Reveals the New Erstwilder Brooches!

I've not yet done a store feature on Endless Indulgence, fondly just referred to as EI among Ogden Pin-Ups. I was going to actually go there and interview Carrie, but since she's doing this big reveal today, I want to say a few words. But, first, please meet Carrie, the lovely godmother of EI, who brought retro fashion to our doorstep in 2011.

Carrie and Richard, her sweet husband, who also works in the store.

:
Second, let me give you the basics: The address is 136 Historic 25th Street Ogden, Utah. It's in the historical area where there are still underground speakeasys and just two doors down is a restaurant that Al Capone himself frequented back in the day. So the street itself is pretty cool. You can park right outside the store on a non-busy day or park around the back near the DMV and walk around.

The store contains many high-end brands, like Bernie Dexter, and some more mainstream brands such as Voodoo Vixen and Retrolicious. It can be pricey, but the products are mostly made right here in the U.S.A. Also within the premises are select retro-style shoes, robes, jewelry, and shirts for men. Sometimes Carrie's lovely dog is on the premises, so this place has a shop pooch too!

And brooches! Erstwilder brooches! Erstwilder brooches come all the way from Australia and are whimsical and cute and needless to say, we're all over them!

For those of you who don't like putting holes in your dresses, Erstwilder makes a magnetic attachment to avoid this issue. Do ask Carrie for more information when you do in there. She has them in stock.

Now, I'll not keep you waiting any longer....Erstwilder and Carrie have been very secretive about what these brooches being revealed today are...and if you see one you like, you better go grab it! They're open from 11 a.m. until  7:00 p.m.And if you're not a UT resident, don't fear, they have a website! Now, please see the new INTO THE WOODS collection.

Which is your favorite???

A personal note: EI is more than a store. It's a place where friendships are born. EI often has events: retro/vintage clothing swaps, famous retro dress designers coming to visit, gun classes. They also participate Friday night art walks. You never know when you are going to meet your next BFF there! I met both Ginger and Christina at EI events! And friendship is something money can't buy!
